While we’re doing this, we’ll have you writing the operations and systems manual for the business. If it’s not in your skill set, we can write one for you. Then there’s the drafting of the franchise agreements. Once the package is complete, we set about recruiting your first intake of franchisees. We have our own bespoke franchise recruitment system designed to effectively attract quality candidates. We may also use external franchise recruitment companies. Your candidates will need training.
We’ll help you write the franchisee training system to enable them to make the opportunity a success. But it’s not over then. The most vital aspect of franchising is ongoing training and support – not only for the candidates but also for you as the franchisor.
